Grading support for different regions.

Campus includes ready-made grading presets for the Bahamas (4.0 GPA), Ontario elementary, South Africa NCS and Botswana. Schools can adjust these presets or configure their own grading schemes to suit their reporting needs.

Your school's grading, report cards and operational requirements are reviewed during onboarding. A grading preset is a starting point; it does not by itself establish curriculum or regulatory compliance. Schools in other regions can discuss their requirements with us before choosing Campus.

Students

Profiles, guardians, emergency contacts, authorized pickups, consents, and a real class-by-class timetable.

Scheduling and attendance

Dated sessions, closures, early dismissals, and check-out that is refused for anyone who is not an authorized pickup.

Grades and report cards

Four ready-made grading presets (Bahamas 4.0 GPA, Ontario elementary, South Africa NCS, Botswana) or your own, with a review, preview, generate, and release flow.

IEPs

Individual Education Plans, encrypted, readable by the student's teachers and visible to guardians on the portal.

Announcements, staff and parent message threads, incident reports with tracked acknowledgement, and staff chat. Email only, no SMS.

Billing and online payments

Per-family invoices, plus hosted checkout through Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave on your school's own merchant account. Campus never sees a card number.

Booking

Tutoring and extra-curricular offerings with capacity-limited slots and automatic waitlist promotion.

Parent and student portal

Families see only their own children: schedule, attendance, released report cards, billing with online pay, and messages.

Private by design

Encrypted at rest

Medical, custody, government ID, and IEP data are encrypted at the field level with AES-256-GCM.

Locked-down access

One role per login, deny-by-default permissions, and mandatory authenticator-app sign-in for every staff role.

Append-only audit log

Every write and every sensitive read is recorded, and nothing in the app can edit or remove it.

No AI, no data sharing

Nothing is sent to a third-party cloud by default, and no artificial intelligence reads your records.

Campus Central: for ministries and districts

A separate product, installed separately, that gives a head office an overview of many schools without holding any school's full database.

Schools registry with per-school sync status, and cross-school search by name.
On-demand case files for one student or guardian at a time, never held in bulk.
Aggregate dashboards for attendance, enrolment, billing totals, and a district illness rate, with CSV export.
Three roles: Ministry Admin, District Officer scoped to assigned schools, and Ministry Analyst, who sees aggregates only.
Schools send a curated, field-limited export. Health data, custody notes, and government IDs are never included.

What to know before you buy

We state the limits plainly.

Campus and Campus Central run on Windows today. There is no macOS build.
Each install is set up directly by Dunware Solutions.
Backups are encrypted but are not scheduled automatically. Your server administrator sets up the recurring task.
Central's sync to the head office is on-demand today, not yet on an automatic schedule.
