- Your current system over three years
- Campus over three years (list licence)
- Three-year difference
Licence-only payback = $2,950 ÷ annual software cost. Three-year difference = three years of your current cost − the list licence − any selected support. Assumes the current bill stays constant and can be replaced; no feature-for-feature equivalence is assumed.
Hardware, backups, installation, migration, training, remote access, contract exit costs, taxes, financing and inflation are excluded. Support is budgeted for each of the three years when selected. Actual terms belong in your agreement.
Evaluating this for more than one school?
Schools purchased together receive 40% off the base licence for each additional school. These are licence totals, not a network-wide operating-cost or payback estimate.
Combined list licences
Support, services and Campus Central are not included. Founding-school pricing is conditional on written approval, with only five school places in total; availability is not assumed.
Linking them under one network view is a separate add-on — ask us about Campus Central.
Built around your school's records.
Product security features and the reported test count are described in the Campus product whitepaper. Read the whitepaper. Campus runs on Windows; your school is responsible for its computer, backups and network.
